باستخدامك موقع youin.ae أو الشراء منه فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. المتجر يخدم عملاء الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية، وتُعرض المعلومات والعقود بالعربية مع ترجمة إنجليزية للتيسير؛ عند أي اختلاف يُعتد بالنص العربي.

1. المتجر والمنتجات: نبيع إكسسوارات السيارة والمكتب والأجهزة الذكية. الصور توضيحية وقد تختلف الألوان قليلاً عن الواقع. نبذل جهدنا لدقة الأوصاف والمواصفات، ولنا حق تصحيح أي خطأ في السعر أو الوصف قبل تأكيد الطلب.

2. الأسعار والضرائب: الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي للإمارات وبالريال السعودي للسعودية، وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة الإماراتية حيث تنطبق. للطلبات إلى السعودية قد تُحصَّل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (15٪) ورسوم جمركية عند الاستلام كما هو موضح في سياسة الشحن.

3. الطلب والدفع: الطلب يُعد مقبولاً عند إرسال رسالة التأكيد. وسائل الدفع المتاحة تظهر عند إتمام الطلب، ومنها الدفع عند الاستلام. لا نفرض أي رسوم إضافية على الدفع الإلكتروني. نتواصل لتأكيد طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام، ويُلغى الطلب تلقائياً إن لم يُؤكد خلال 48 ساعة.

4. الشحن والتوصيل: وفق سياسة الشحن: تجهيز 1–3 أيام عمل وتوصيل 7–14 يوم عمل. إذا تجاوز التوصيل 15 يوماً من الشحن يحق لك الإلغاء واسترداد المدفوع كاملاً.

5. الإرجاع والاستبدال: وفق سياسة الإرجاع: 14 يوماً من الاستلام، ويشمل ذلك حق العدول خلال 7 أيام في السعودية. المنتج التالف أو الخاطئ يُستبدل أو يُسترد بلا تكلفة عليك.

6. الضمان: جميع المنتجات مغطاة بضمان العيوب المصنعية لمدة 6 أشهر من الاستلام، ولا يشمل سوء الاستخدام أو التلف الناتج عن الحرارة الشديدة داخل السيارة أو التعديل.

7. أكواد الخصم والعروض: كود WELCOME20 لأول طلب لكل عميل ولا يُجمع مع عروض أخرى. لنا حق إنهاء أي عرض في أي وقت مع احترام الطلبات المؤكدة.

8. الحساب والبيانات: تتعهد بصحة بياناتك وعنوانك ورقم هاتفك. نعالج بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية، ويمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك من الرسائل التسويقية في أي وقت.

9. الملكية الفكرية: اسم «يو إن» وشعاره ومحتوى الموقع ملك للمتجر، ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن كتابي.

10. حدود المسؤولية: مسؤوليتنا تجاه أي طلب لا تتجاوز قيمة ذلك الطلب. لا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن الاستخدام غير الصحيح للمنتج.

11. الشكاوى والقانون الواجب التطبيق: تواصل معنا عبر صفحة اتصل بنا ونرد خلال يوم عمل. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، مع مراعاة حقوق المستهلك في بلد إقامته بما فيها نظام التجارة الإلكترونية السعودي.

12. تعديل الشروط: قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويسري التحديث من تاريخ نشره على هذه الصفحة.

 

Terms of Service — you in

By using youin.ae or purchasing from it you agree to these terms. The store serves customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia; information and contracts are provided in Arabic with an English translation for convenience — the Arabic text prevails in case of conflict.

1. Store and products: we sell car, desk and smart-gadget accessories. Images are illustrative and colours may differ slightly. We work to keep descriptions accurate and reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors before an order is confirmed.

2. Prices and taxes: prices are in AED for the UAE and SAR for Saudi Arabia and include UAE VAT where applicable. Orders to Saudi Arabia may incur 15% VAT and customs fees on delivery as explained in the Shipping Policy.

3. Orders and payment: an order is accepted when the confirmation message is sent. Available payment methods, including cash on delivery, are shown at checkout. No surcharge is applied to electronic payments. Cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp and cancelled automatically if not confirmed within 48 hours.

4. Shipping: per the Shipping Policy: 1–3 business days processing and 7–14 business days delivery. If delivery exceeds 15 days from dispatch you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Returns and exchanges: per the Returns Policy: 14 days from delivery, covering the 7-day withdrawal right in Saudi Arabia. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

6. Warranty: all products carry a 6-month manufacturing-defect warranty from delivery, excluding misuse, extreme in-car heat damage or modification.

7. Discount codes and offers: WELCOME20 applies to a customer's first order only and cannot be combined with other offers. We may end any offer at any time while honouring confirmed orders.

8. Account and data: you confirm your details, address and phone number are accurate. We process your data under the Privacy Policy; you may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

9. Intellectual property: the "you in" name, logo and site content belong to the store and may not be used without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability: our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect damage arising from improper use of a product.

11. Complaints and governing law: contact us through the contact page; we reply within one business day. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence including the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

12. Changes: we may update these terms; changes apply from the date they are published on this page.
