نشحن إلى جميع مدن الإمارات والسعودية. الطلبات تُجهَّز خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل، ويصلك رقم التتبع برسالة فور شحن الطلب.

الإمارات: رسوم الشحن 25 درهماً — شحن مجاني للطلبات فوق 250 درهماً — التوصيل خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ الشحن.

السعودية: رسوم الشحن 35 ريالاً — شحن مجاني للطلبات فوق 250 ريالاً — التوصيل خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ الشحن.

الرسوم الجمركية والضريبة (السعودية): بعض الشحنات الدولية تخضع لضريبة القيمة المضافة (15٪) ورسم خدمات جمركية بسيط تُحصَّل عند الاستلام من قبل شركة الشحن. نوضّح ذلك مسبقاً حتى لا تُفاجأ عند الباب.

الدفع عند الاستلام: متاح في البلدين. نتواصل معك عبر واتساب أو الهاتف لتأكيد الطلب والعنوان قبل الشحن؛ الطلب الذي لا يتم تأكيده خلال 48 ساعة يُلغى تلقائياً.

التأخير: إذا تجاوز التوصيل 15 يوماً من تاريخ الشحن، يحق لك إلغاء الطلب واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً إن كان مدفوعاً مسبقاً.

Shipping Policy — you in

We ship to all cities in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and you receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

UAE: AED 25 flat rate — free shipping on orders over AED 250 — delivery in 7 to 14 business days from dispatch.

Saudi Arabia: SAR 35 flat rate — free shipping on orders over SAR 250 — delivery in 7 to 14 business days from dispatch.

Customs and VAT (Saudi Arabia): some international shipments are subject to 15% VAT and a small customs service fee collected on delivery by the courier. We state this upfront so there are no surprises at the door.

Cash on delivery: available in both countries. We confirm your order and address by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch; orders not confirmed within 48 hours are cancelled automatically.

Delays: if delivery exceeds 15 days from dispatch you may cancel the order for a full refund if prepaid.
