لديك 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب لطلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال. يشمل ذلك حق العدول خلال 7 أيام المنصوص عليه في نظام التجارة الإلكترونية السعودي وحق الإرجاع للشراء الإلكتروني في الإمارات.

شروط الإرجاع: أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، بحالته الأصلية، وفي عبوته الأصلية مع كل الملحقات، مع رقم الطلب.

منتج تالف أو خاطئ أو ناقص: افحص الطلب عند الاستلام وتواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة مع صورة أو فيديو — نرسل بديلاً أو نسترد المبلغ كاملاً، وتكلفة الإرجاع علينا.

تغيير الرأي: يُقبل خلال 14 يوماً وفق الشروط أعلاه، ويتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع، ولا تُسترد رسوم الشحن الأصلية.

كيف تبدأ: تواصل معنا عبر صفحة اتصل بنا برقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع. عند قبول الطلب نزوّدك بعنوان الإرجاع وتعليمات الشحن؛ المنتجات المرسلة دون طلب إرجاع مسبق لا تُقبل.

الاسترداد: بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه نبلغك بالقبول خلال 3 أيام عمل. الطلبات المدفوعة مسبقاً تُسترد بنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل؛ طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام تُسترد بتحويل بنكي أو رصيد في المتجر حسب اختيارك.

ما لا يمكن إرجاعه: المنتجات المستخدمة أو المتضررة بسبب سوء الاستخدام، والمنتجات المشتراة بعروض التصفية النهائية المذكور فيها ذلك صراحة.

 

Returns & Refund Policy — you in

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. This covers the 7-day withdrawal right under the Saudi E-Commerce Law and the electronic-purchase return right in the UAE.

Conditions: the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all accessories, together with your order number.

Damaged, wrong or missing items: inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours with a photo or video — we send a replacement or refund in full, and return shipping is on us.

Change of mind: accepted within 14 days under the conditions above; the customer covers return shipping and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

How to start: contact us through the contact page with your order number and reason. Once approved we send you the return address and instructions; items sent back without an approved return request are not accepted.

Refunds: after we receive and inspect the item we confirm within 3 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit, as you prefer.

Not returnable: used items or items damaged through misuse, and final-sale items explicitly marked as such.
